The countdown to Christmas has begun on Broadway with "A Christmas Story", The Musical, the jolly new stage adaptation of the classic 1983 holiday film favorite. Johnny Rabe stars as Christmas-loving nine-year-old Ralphie Parker, whose wintery wonderland is home to a cast of wacky characters, bunny suits, leg lamps and BB guns.

We feel the same way about "A Christmas Story", The Musical, the big Broadway adaptation of the 1983 holiday classic. After a nationwide search, "A Christmas Story", The Musical has selected Johnny Rabe, a 12-year-old from Chicago, to fill out the bright pink bunny suite as the show's leading youngster Ralphie.
With music and lyrics by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul and a book by Joseph Robinette, the John Rando-directed production is set to begin performances.
