Seussical the Musical," based on the books of the famed children's author, will receive its West End premiere at Arts Theatre this holiday season. Created by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty and Moonty Python's Eric Idle, "
Seussical" opened at Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre and a 90-minute revival played off-Broadway in the summer of 2007. During the short time in New York, "
Seussical" featured several stars in the flashy role of The Cat in the Hat including Rosie O'Donnell, Cathy Rigby and Aaron Carter.
The London premier will feature choreography by Maddy Mutch, musical direction by Joe Morrow, set and costume design by Richard Evans and lighting design by Alexander Ridgers.
